Initial opening order
A $1,000 order, at cost, is required to open an account. Minimum reorders are $250 net.

NOTE: an account becomes inactive if no purchases are made within three months. A $500 net minimum order must be met to regain active status. A $5,000 net minimum must be met within the fiscal year.
